At Hoian Rosemary Hotel, I took over operations from a merger of two underperforming properties, both struggling with declining revenue, low occupancy, and high staff turnover — which had a negative impact on the brand’s overall performance. I led a full restructuring of the Sales, Accounting, and Finance departments, building a new Marketing & PR team by recruiting top-tier talent from Ho Chi Minh City. Thanks to this strategic shift, the first two hotels recovered strongly in both revenue and profitability within a short timeframe. Once stabilized, I spearheaded business development for the third hotel — even before its grand opening — by securing high-volume bookings through direct partnerships with Japanese inbound operators. I also handled recruitment of all Head of Departments across the three hotels, ensuring alignment in service standards and operational synergy. Currently, the entire hotel chain operates at a strong 87% occupancy rate, with solid brand reputation and sustained profitability.

At Van Loi Hotel, I was directly involved in the restructuring phase of the business. During this transition, I led the shift from traditional offline sales channels to online platforms, building the hotel's presence across major OTAs. I also initiated affiliate marketing partnerships with local restaurants and tour providers to increase value-added offerings and guest engagement. I worked directly with several Australian partners, including Vietlink Travel, Wide Eyed Tours, and Buffalo Tours Australia, to attract inbound guests and expand international exposure. Moreover, I was in charge of negotiating all commercial contracts during the restructuring process — from OTA agreements to TA commissions and vendor partnerships — ensuring better margin control and long-term sustainability for the hotel.
