I'm an experienced Restaurant Manager working in Sydney, Australia. After several years of studying and working in Australia, I'm exploring an opportunity to relocate back to Hanoi to live close to my family. With a background in hatted restaurants, luxury hotels, and multi-outlet venues in Sydney, I have extensive experience in venue openings, daily operations, budget control, and team development. Currently, I oversee F&B operations at Hotel Indigo Potts Point (Pro Invest Group), where I led the opening of four outlets and supported the launch of Harper Rooftop Bar at Kimpton Margot Sydney Hotel. My role includes managing financial performance, improving cost efficiency, and driving revenue through service enhancements and targeted marketing campaigns. I was honoured to be nominated for the 2024 HM Awards (F&B Associate category)- a leading industry recognition for excellence in hospitality across Australasia-Pacific, for my contribution to the group’s success. I’m passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, developing people, and using data to improve performance.
