Contributed to the pre-opening phase of Radisson Resort Mũi Né, supporting the setup of sales systems, pricing structure, contracts, and market positioning strategies before launch. Develop and implement sales strategies for wholesale and inbound markets, focusing on driving revenue from DMCs, travel agencies, and direct corporate partners. Conduct competitor analysis (SWOT) to benchmark Radisson Resort Mũi Né against properties Coordinate with Finance and Reservations on credit policies, pro-forma invoices, and group bookings to ensure smooth operations and compliance. Support Marketing & PR activities including trade shows, fam trips, and B2B promotions to strengthen brand positioning. Monitor segment mix performance through Opera Cloud reporting, providing insights and recommendations to General Manager and Revenue team. Collaborate cross-departmentally (Rooms, F&B, Events) to ensure seamless execution of group programs, MICE, and incentive travel bookings.
