Brand & Marketing Scope Acted as the key marketing lead at the property level, overseeing brand and marketing activities to ensure alignment with overall brand positioning and guest experience standards. Managed end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives, including POSM, brochures, in-store materials, and on-ground brand touchpoints to maintain consistency across all customer interactions. Collaborated closely with Sales and Operations teams to translate customer insights into tailored promotions, service packages, and communication strategies supporting both revenue and brand objectives. Coordinated with internal Marketing teams (Communication & Creative) to develop campaign concepts, visual direction, and integrated execution plans. Planned and executed photoshoots and content production, working with photographers, models, and production teams to ensure brand alignment. Worked cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (Finance, Purchasing, Internal Control,...) and external partners to ensure timely and consistent delivery of marketing initiatives. Led execution of on-site activations, seasonal decorations, and guest engagement initiatives to enhance overall brand experience. Managed marketing budget allocation, tracked expenses, and handled documentation, payment processes, and vendor coordination. Led the end-to-end process of identifying, approaching, and managing partnerships with 50+ wedding industry brands and vendors. Supported the operations team in executing nearly 20 bridal fashion shows, ensuring smooth on-site experience.
