In charge 151 rooms including standard rooms, superior rooms and deluxe rooms, Public area, Minibar, Flower, landscape, Linen & laundry. Pre-opening hotel, recruitment and interview HK staff, conducts training for all HK staffs & working schedule of department. Plan for order department operation equipment, par stock, control opening operating equipment and fix asset. Make the critical path to follow up opening schedule. Build up SOPs and job description for all HK staffs. Monitor housekeeping personnel to ensure all guests and internal customer receive prompt and courteous service. Schedule routine inspection of all Housekeeping areas by/with supervisory personnel. Inspects guest and public areas on a regular basis to ensure that the furnishings, facilities, and equipment are clean and good repair. Manages Spring Cleaning schedule. Make recommendations to the General Manager or designate regarding the upkeep of furnishing, facilities, and equipment, ensuring they are clean and in a good repair. Monitor housekeeping operation and control for all consumption of Guest suppliers, department cost ongoing basic, control HK store and stock base on monthly inventory to make sure par stock enough for operation. Monitor linen & laundry to make sure cleanliness, hygiene. Control linen par stock, chemical usage monthly. Coordinate with Finance controller for Department yearly budget and fixed asset. Inform other Department, the Front Office, and the Food and Beverage department, Maintain open channels of communication with other department heads and the General Manager or the General Manager’s designate. Establishes and maintain effective human relations and works with human resources to ensure that team member performance is effective managed Maintain appropriate standards for dress, hygiene, uniform, appearance, posture, and conduct of Housekeeping personnel. Conducts regular department meetings. Identifies and ensures highest possible standard of cleanliness, maintenance, guest room supplies and amenities at a realistic cost. Supervises outside contractors to ensure contractual compliance. Implements and controls Housekeeping procedures that provide for the health and safety of personnel and guests, such as lost and found service, key control, security, emergency and environment procedures. Is prepared to implement assigned tasks during emergencies such as fires, power failures and bomb threats.
