Attend to interview cadidate for some positions. 3. Evaluate all candidate before giving them to particular department. Training: 1. Direct instruct some training classes. 2. Recheck, mange and administer Training plan for all staffs. Payroll: 1. Ensure regulation on salary, allowance, benefit policies for all staffs based on labor, tax and social laws. 2. Recheck and monitor to ensure right payroll and calculating salary process. Labor relationships: 1. Represent the employer to solve the problems about labor relationships and labor disputes. 2. Answer employee's question and aspirations.
