Scope: working as E-Commerce Manager cum Revenue, in charge of the setup of all OTAs and all internal systems to control reservations and bookings like PMS, CRS. Role: • • Communicate the processes to follow in terms of booking quality and correct date into the PMS, toward the reservation and front office team. • Regularly checks the input and the quality of data (segamentaion, denials tracking..) • Analyze the hotel performance as a basis for strategy decisions. • Survey the market, the competitors in terms of pricing and closed dates as a basis for future pricing strategies. • Analyze the contract performance (pricem allotments, number of rooms sold...) before decisions on renewals are taken. • Calculate availability and minimum rate for requests by using guideline. • Consult and implement daily the recommendations in inventiry and distrubution tools. • Implement and communication on minumum stay, clcosed to arrival, up-selling. • Make recommendation for startegy changes in GDS in relation to day types, ideal mix, close limits, booking limits, to be able to react early to guet behavior changes (new events...) • Optimize the distribution channels. • Work closely with DOSM to maintain current client relationships and encouraging repeated business. • Research and analyzing of market trend and rate grid. • Prepare all the contract with OTAs. • Setup and control the ARI of the OTAs: Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, Hotelbeds, Ctrip • To be responsible for maintaining and updating hotel information and image and stategizing with recommendations to increase property business. • Check room inventory, rates and restrictions of Synsix and all OTAs. • Maintain and handle Rate Chanel Manger System. • Configure and complete the setup the rate configuration, promotion, rate loading in Synxis and all OTAs. • Guide and update new information from OTA to reservation and guest service team. • Manage RFP via Lanyon and load into GDS system. • Setup all promotions to all channels. • Maintain good relationship with OTA Market Managers, vendors, clients and property terms. • Work with all OTAs about any issue. • Daily change pricing guide to maximize hotel business. • Assist in tracking production report of all OTAs or company production by Sales Manager. • Assist in developing budgets and the sales costs. • Laise with DOSM for new strategy or promotion. • Work with DOSM to prepare the bi-weekly forecast and building the strategy for next months and preparing all daily, weekly and monthly sales report for DOSM and owner. • Cooperate with IT Department in managing and maintain Sale's internal network, system and laptop. • Develope and comply policies, standards, procedures of Sales team and company. • Other tasks relating to office and administration management.
