Tool owner: Cure/bake Oven, dispenser machine and loader/un-loader machine. Production line owner: Take care one production line for Lid Attached Process and all cure/bake Ovens. Sustaining: Cooperate with operation team to sustain production line. Create work instruction for training to ensure people can operate and maintain production line running safely, smoothly with max capacity. Responsible for safety issue, process indicators, quality issue, machine issue and project timescale. Quality: Evaluate thermal adhesive quality by review and analyze all relevant data. Giving advices for QA team to dispose suspected defect product. Process management: Keep tracking all process indicators within control limit, making daily & weekly report. New Products Introduction (NPI): Qualify process & machine to run new type of products by Intel’s standard. Installation & Qualification (IQ): Lead project setup, qualify and bring up new machine to production following Intel’s standard. Co-operate with engineers from mother site, FSE (field service engineer) from suppliers for new technology transferring. Liaising with and monitoring third party contractors. Checking for compliance with project specification and providing comments as necessary. Improvement: Getting feedback from operation team for innovated idea about tool, cost, capacity then organize to project. Working with suppliers to design and purchase parts, tools or jigs to make works easier. Preparing reports and giving presentations to managers and stakeholder. Attending on site meetings and conference call meeting across Intel global.

Taking care thermal process with Standalone Ovens, Conveyor Ovens and RGA (Residual Gas Analyzer) tools. Installation & Qualification (IQ): Ensure work carried out safely and efficiently in a competent manner and that adherence to the Permit to Work System performed. Support HSRT (High Speed Replication Team) to do EQ (equipment qualification), FAT (functional acceptance testing) and PQ (process qualification). Consolidating data to present and get approval or feedback from global alignment team. Prepares commissioning status reports and participates in regular commissioning updates with managers Review vendor and subcontractor submittals, checking for compliance with project specification and providing comments as necessary. Co-operating with vendor, FSE, stakeholder to handle issue during IQ. Get handover progress of Installation& Qualification to production phase. Provide training and support Operations, Equipment Engineer and Preventive Maintenance team to get ready for sustaining. Lead manufacturing team to ensure process parameters are within control limit. Create, improve and apply maintenance program. Point of Contact-that responsible for safety, tool KPO/KPI, yield, tool availability, product defect & disposition, efficiency performance and End-of-Run. JMP scripting & data analysis to review tool performance and tool troubleshooting. Evaluate/analyze all relevant data to advice QA team to dispose suspected defect product. Writing technical document (work instruction, LOTO, Quick reference guide, Control Plan, OCAP…) to support manufacturing for better daily sustaining skill. Attending on site meetings and conference call meeting across First Solar global. Make sure global alignment is execute in First Solar Vietnam timely. Get update and implement project of new upgrade for process and machine.
