Experience in Security Operation and Services. Currently attached with Ritz-Carlton Residences Kuala Lumpur as Loss Prevention Manager (Pre-opening Team). Previously working with Best Western Premier Ion Delemen Genting Highland as Security & Safety Manager Pre-Opening team. To provide security and safety to all staffs, guests and visitor within the perimeter of Best Western Premier Ion Delemen Genting Highland which includes of 7 blocks of building and 1600 rooms by 2017, covering 30 acres of land surrounded by tropical and highland forest with a beautiful mountain view. In year 2015, attached with Four Points by Sheraton Penang as Safety & Security Manager. In year 2013, attached with Shangri-La Rasa Ria Resort & Spa which provides more than 400 guest rooms, a spectacular beachfront view, covering 400 acres of land and tropical forest with world class 18 holes Golf courses and an Orang Utan sanctuary and care project. To prepare the Standard Operating Procedure for security department, Operating Expenses budget, job description for Assistant Security Manager and security officer, Risks assessment for the hotel, training to Hotel staff on Emergency action plan and Emergency response team. To direct and co-ordinate the overall activities of the Security Department. To guarantee the safety of all the guests, employees and hotel property. Give direction and control all activities relating to the Security department, Ensure the hotel meets its financial and guest satisfaction objectives. Responsible to create and coordinate training or anything related to employee development programs. Performs duties common to all security officers and other duties as may be assigned. Establishes standard policies and procedures for recruitment. Be aware of the Fire and Emergency procedures, and your Departments responsibility in an emergency. Be aware of the Health and safety at working place procedures, and your Departments responsibility in an ensuring safety to all guests and staffs. Be aware of the Security policies and procedures of the Hotel, and ensure that at all times in all areas of the Hotel that they are being strictly adhered to. To prepare the Standard Operating Procedure for security department, Operating Expenses budget, Risks assessment for the hotel, training to Hotel staff on Emergency action plan and Emergency response team. Respond to Residence owners' and their guests' requests for visitor information, special arrangements, or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers. Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life safety system. Lock property entrances when required. Serve as overnight Residences Concierge and Loss Prevention representative as needed. Maintain coverage of Concierge area by assisting with the breaks of the Concierge team. Respond to special requests from Residence owners and their guests with unique needs and follow up to promote satisfaction. Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Contact appropriate individual or department (e.g., Engineer, Bell-person, and Housekeeping) as necessary to resolve call, request, or problem. Review and document all incidents in the logbooks and report to the next shift. Escort any unwelcome persons from the property without interrupting the orderly flow of property operation. Report to scenes of vehicle accidents/thefts. Call for assistance using proper code responses. Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks. Report any incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to Residences Manager/and or Director of Residences and complete safety training and certifications.
