Mô tả công việc

Key responsible:

• Make efforts to increase revenue of room, conference, food-beverages, and other hotel services.

• Be knowledgeable of all hotel facilities, outlets, meeting rooms & operations time

• Make sales visits / telesales to customers daily

• Search for new clients at the same time maintain relationship with existing accounts.

• Establish and manage the Sales Strategy of the hotel.

• Forecast future travel patterns and provides trade feedback to the HOD.

• Responsible for the execution of yearly budget

• Handle smoothly guest complaints if any.

• Negotiate and solicit business/contracts across assigned segment

• Report on the competitor’s sales strategies

• Be a good representative of the hotel to the outside world

Required Skills
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Good writing skills
 Obtain effective working relationships with Business entities / Foreign Organizations
• Excellence communication skills in both verbal and writing English.
• Excellence negotiation, interpersonal skills, very self-confident personality.
• Strong capability to work independently and in team as well as be able work under high pressure.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience
• Experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
