Nationality: Vietnamese Age: 20/40 years old Under the direct control of the Supervisor, your Tasks will be: - Dealing with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter, fax or face to face - Completing procedures when guests arrive and leave: check-in and check-out customers (checking rooms before check-in) - Prearing bills and taking payments - Taking and passing on messages to guests - Dealing with special requests from guests (like booking boat tour, massage...) - Prepare guests' rooms before the night - Answering questions about what the hotel offers and the surrounding areas - Dealing with complaints or problems - Showing guests to their rooms - Serving drinks in the bar

Skills and Qualities: presentable appearance, smiling and very pleasant physical, discretion, spirit of initiative, resistance to stress and pressure, working with method, rigor and organization, sense of diplomacy, manage the priorities, and work in total agreement with the management of the company and the philosophy of the place and its owners.
