JOB DESCRIPTION:

-       Oversees the administrative activities of payroll, benefits, legal compliance and employment law.

-       Development of Human Resources and Training budget.

-       Implements guidelines, policies, and procedures in compliance with corporate direction.

-        Interviews, selects, trains, appraises, coaches, counsels and disciplines departmental employees/managers according to company standards.

-       Encourages the development of employees to achieve their highest potential.

-       Creates and implements an integration and training strategy that brings efficiency to employee performance.

-       To budget and plan Employee Benefit and Welfare Services annually.

-       To take care of employee incentive scheme like Best Employee of the Month/Year, Attendance Reward, Performance Award, Appreciation letters, Reward for best suggestions, etc.

-       To develop, maintain and monitor the wage structure of the Hotel under set policies.

-       To ensure payment of wages to the employees in time.

-       Effectively communicates with team members.

-       Evaluate changes and trends in market compensation and makes recommendations.

-       Measures employee satisfaction through surveys, round tables, and one-on-ones with team members.

-       Anticipates and addresses employee relations matters, responds timely to employee inquiries and is proactive in promoting team member satisfaction

-       Supports operations and assists in achieving team member and guest satisfaction goals.

-       Ensures compliance with local health and safety regulations.

-       Supervise work’s schedule of Hotel’s HOD on weekly basis, hotel occupancy, events…

-       Preparing weekly report, monthly and quarterly report for GM approval.

-       Coordinate with all department for report.

-       Undertake other duties as directed by the GM.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

-       Bachelor degree in HR or related field preferred.

-       Minimum of 03 years of experience as HR Manager in Hotel/Restaurant is preferred.

-       English proficiency: advance level in 4 skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing).

-       Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

-       The age: 28- 35 years old is preferred.

-       Excellent leadership skills and communication skills

-       Open-minded, mature, creative, well-organized and pro-active.
