ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Sales Manager / Sales Executive performs his/her duties within the framework defined by the chain and company norms and by internal regulations as specified by the Director of Sales & Marketing. The Sales Manager / Sales Executive will also be responsible to the Director of Sales & Marketing for the Corporate Section and all Sales Personnel within the section.
- The Sales Manager / Sales Executive is responsible for marketing, selling, and coordinating event spaces on behalf of Villa Sông. This role involves overseeing the seamless coordination of event details and resources, while also managing client accounts, driving sales prospecting efforts, and developing new business opportunities to support the property’s growth.
- Actively seek out new business leads through networking, referrals, and market research, with a focus on high-potential segments including corporate clients, weddings, and social events.
- Establish long-term, trust-based relationships with clients by providing personalized service, regular follow-ups, and consistent delivery of exceptional experiences.
- Organize and lead site visits and client presentations, effectively showcasing hotel facilities and services while managing negotiations to secure bookings.
** Apply for Manager level:
- Design and implement strategic sales plans focused on driving revenue growth across all segments. Set clear goals and monitor performance to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal departments to design tailored packages that meet client needs, align with brand standards, and maximize profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts through CRM tools to ensure data-driven decision-making and accountability.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members, fostering professional development and maintaining a high-performance sales culture.
POSITION COMPETENCIES
- Relevant Sales management experience in luxury hospitality, with a proven track record in corporate and institutional sales origination, key account management, Sales functions for Hotels & Residences, F&B and/or Banquet & Events businesses.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tools.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong local network and knowledge of industry trends.
- Good interpersonal skills and service-oriented.

EDUCATION
Diploma or degree in Hospitality with major in Sales and Marketing from a reputable university is a plus.
EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 3 – 5 years of upscale and luxury sales experience.
• Relevant experience in Vietnam is essential.
• Possesses working knowledge of upscale and luxury hotel, banquets and hospitality operations.
• International experience is a plus.
