- Handle all Business Center requests from guests – wording processing, faxing, photocopying, dictation, Dictaphone transcription, assistance in use of Business Center computer including Internet and Email access, assistance with printing from disks and laptop, computers, organising couriers. - Maintain the strictest confidentiality at all times pertaining to guest work. - Handle guest request for facsimile machines, and co-ordinate installation of same. - Greet all visitors to the Business Center. - Maintain the Reception/Business Center in a neat and tidy state of all times. - Order and maintain general Business Center stationery supplies and equipment; verify all invoice charges for stationery orders and equipment repairs (if applicable). - Control and despatch all couriers to and from hotel; order and monitor satchel/docket supplies; verify all invoice charges for couriers. - Provide secretarial and administrative support for Front Office Manager, SPG Coordinator and other Guest Service Manager as required. - Attend and Minute Meetings as required. - Assist with enquiries and bookings or hotel special events as required. - Issue Gift Vouchers/ Letters. - Uphold the Starwood Cares culture by Demonstrating the Star Service Standards at all times to guest and fellow associates. - Personally ensure compliance with all relevant Workplace Health & Safety and Occupational Health & Safety legislation, and related Sheraton and Starwood Policies. - Anticipate guest’s needs through observation and prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other associates. - Align working practices and conduct with Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Tower’s Vision; consistently strive to meet and exceed the expectations of both internal and external guests. - Undertake additional duties as requested by the DOSM/Executive Secretary and Hotel Management.

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written - Good English Proficiency - Secretarial skills, computer skills - Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel.
