Job Description

- Is in charge of organising the F&B point of sale under his/her responsibility.
- Ensures guest satisfaction and high standards of service for customers.
- Helps the point of sale attain profitable results.
- Daily management and supervision of food & beverage operations and maintaining of banqueting and venues to ensure the highest standards of services, product and guest liaison are maintained.
- Liaises with General Manager on all regular monthly promotions and food festivals as directed and follow up on F&B Marketing Plan.
- Works with the Executive Chef to ensure all food production and presentation standard are maintained and any special requirements are met and discussed.
- Prepare F&B budget (revenue expenses and P&L analysis), monthly outlook/ forecast reports and expanses control.
- Review and solve problem, events, results, complain, directions etc. in daily briefing with continuous follow up.
- Daily inspects each venue to ensure that all operation policies and procedures are adhered to and the highest standards of quality and service where necessary.
- Able to work on weekends in accordance to business operational needs
- Adopts appropriate All Seasons service-oriented behaviours and attitudes, focussing on the brand's guiding principles of Simplicity, Quality, Sociability & Interactivity.
- Perform other duties as maybe assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

- University or College graduate in foreign language, hotel - restaurant - tourism management or related to hospitality Tốt nghiệp đại học hoặc cao đẳng chuyên ngành ngoại ngữ, quản trị khách sạn – nhà hàng, du lịch hoặc các nghành nghề liên quan đến dịch vụ.

- Minimum 1 year experience in Front Office (preferred but not required)

Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại bộ phận Lễ tân (ưu tiên nhưng không bắt buộc)

- Pleasant personality with good communications skills, informative and fluent in English or Korean

Tính cách dễ chịu, kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, giàu thông tin và thành thạo Tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Hàn.

- Communication skill and good at problem solving

Kỹ năng giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.

- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software

Thành thạo tin học văn phòng và phần mềm quản lý khách sạn.

4. Health examination certificate within six (06) months Giấy khám sức khỏe trong vòng sáu (06) tháng

5. Labor book and social insurance book (if any)

6. Legal certification

Lý lịch tư pháp hoặc Giấy xác nhận dận sự

Khách sạn Thăng Long Opera trực thuộc Công ty Thương mại và Cung ứng Nhân lực - Tổng công ty Du lịch Hà Nội được xây dựng và đi vào hoạt động kể từ năm 1994. Khách sạn nằm tọa lạc tại trung tâm thương mại của Thủ đô Hà Nội, có giao thông thuận tiện cho du khách đến thăm quan: Nhà hát Múa rối nước truyền thống, hồ Hoàn Kiếm và khu phố cổ nghìn năm văn hiến. Để nâng cao chất lượng dịch vụ đáp ứng nhu cầu của khách hàng ngày càng đông, chúng tôi đã tiến hành sửa chữa nâng cấp Khách sạn đạt tiêu chuẩn 4 sao với số lượng hơn 100 phòng, các dịch vụ: nhà hàng Âu, Á, phòng họp tổ chức hội nghị, hội thảo, tiệc cocktail, dịch vụ giặt là, đưa đón sân bay, tham quan thành phố. Sau thời gian nâng cấp Khách sạn khai trương vào tháng 07 năm 2016. Chúng tôi cần tuyển dụng nhiều vị trí với mức lương hấp dẫn và môi trường làm việc cạnh tranh. Thang Long Opera Hotel, belongs to Tramanco - Hanoitourist Corporation, is located in the commercial center of Hanoi, with convenient transportation for tourists to visit the Water Puppet Theatre, Hoan Kiem lake and Old Quarter. It has built and operated since 1994. To improve the quantity and quality of services, we have to maintain and renovate to 4 star hotel with 100 rooms. The services is inclusive of Western restaurant, Asia restaurant, meeting rooms for conference and seminar, laundry service, airport transfers and city tour . After renovation hotel is reopened in July, 2016 . Therefore, We need to recruit many positions with attractive salary and competitive working environment.”
