Mô tả công việc

Execute the effective procurement (cost, quality & service levels) of restaurant & bar , all marketing services including advertising, research, media, outdoor, events, premium designs: - Create & execute customer driven contacts with suppliers to obtain the best price, good quality & service - Create & follow up contracts with suppliers - Ensure to purchase goods, advertising, research, media, outdoor, events as the approved budget - Analyze financial and market data, to build and maintain knowledge of our external environment, to ensure that procurement proactively manages the purchase portfoli - Generate and utilize procurement reports to identify and fix potential cost issues - Other tasks as assigned by the immediate manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor of Foreign Trade, Business Administration or other relevant major - At least 1 years in procurement/ purchasing for a Company of F&B, Restaurant, Bar, Club - Good oral and written communication in English is a must - Experience in nightlife industry is an advantage - Strong computer skills in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint - Skillful and tough negotiator, innovative and resourceful person - Ability to perform under high pressure and maintain deadlines - Willing to work overtime as required
