Mô tả công việc

- Welcome, take care of guests, and prepare for check-in / check-out procedure.

- Check guest’s booking information, and make sure for fully and exactly updated booking requests.

- Prepare document and contract for guest who will come tomorrow.

- Update resort’s information.

- Take notes some request and uncompleted problems into log book and hand over for the next shift.

- Deal with guest’s requests and complaints.

- Maintains cashier float and ensures accurate daily report of all money received

- Check and make sure hygienic and safe workplace.

- Complete tasks from manager at the end of shift.

- Update and report receptionist’s work.

- Conduct the report for the financial accounting department at the end of shift

- Join in briefing meeting every day.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor Degree

- At least 01 year experience.

- Good at the use of Microsoft Office and Smile system.

- Be good at English skills, be friendly and enthusiastic.

- Good communication and team work.

- Problem solving and follow up abilities.
