Mô tả công việc

- Organize kitchen operation, prepare and present a wide variety of baked pastries, yeast raised pastries and desserts

- Proposes new ideas to improve and develop the pastry in the hotel

- Prepares and presents tea break items

- Maintains hygienic standards and practices

- Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known in the absence of Manager

- Be responsible for handling and storage of commodities

Yêu cầu công việc

- Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Pastry field

- 2-year related experience including supervisory experience

- Good communication skills

- Problem solving skills
