Mô tả công việc

• Responsible to negotiate with the suppliers best possible prices for goods to help keep the hotels expenditure to a minimum.
• To follow up with all department orders with suppliers and update accordingly.
• Fully in charge of the day - to - day purchases for all departments in the hotel.
• Updates all Purchase Order files and aids the Purchasing Secretary in updating filing as well
• Clears imported goods from the airport as and when required.
• Responsible in following with the Directorate of Customs keeping customs receipts, renewed and updated.
• Performs any additional duties as assigned by the Purchasing Manager.

• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• Good writing skills
