Mô tả công việc

In charge of recruitment, including summarize personnel requisition, publish recruitment information, select, interview, and hire.

Develop and keep the relationship with colleges, and ensure the supply of trainee for operation departments.

In charge of part-timer supply, calculate the wage and apply for payment.

In charge of check-in process, make and update staff profiles, maintain HR system .

Sign, keep, and renew employment contract of new staff.

In charge of check-out process. Make and update HR reports.

Conduct the employment process for foreign employees.

Assist dormitory supervisor, staff canteen chef or HRM to deal with the tasks of staff dormitory, locker room and staff canteen. Responsible for office supplies.

Responsible for attendance, overtime, leave application from all the departments.

Deal with probation appraisal, transfer, and promotion.

In charge of social insurance and housing fund.

Complete other work arranged by superiors.
