Mô tả công việc

  • Manage overall Front Office operations and team.
  • Ensure high guest satisfaction and service standards.
  • Supervise Front Desk, Concierge, Bell, Transportation.
  • Train, coach and develop Front Office staff.
  • Control departmental budget, costs and revenue.
  • Handle guest requests, complaints and special cases.
  • Monitor room occupancy, sales and daily reports.
  • Ensure safety, security and policy compliance.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
  • Maintain positive image of the hotel.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Degree in Hospitality or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years Front Office experience.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, flexible hours.
