Mô tả công việc

– Working in the Front Office department of the hotel – Meeting and greeting arriving guests and biding them farewell as they leave – Reviews the arrival list daily and assists in preparing and distributing welcome amenities – Attending promptly to customers’ inquiries and assisting them with their needs – Dealing with guests’ complaints, feedback – Make sure guests have comfortable stays – Checking the rooms’ cleanliness before guest check in

Yêu cầu công việc

• Qualifications – Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Tourism or equivalent. • Good command of the English language is essential, both written and verbal. • Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizationl, communication skills and solving problem.
