Mô tả công việc

Create visually engaging graphics for hotel promotions, events, social media, website, and print materials.

Design brochures, menus, flyers, banners, and other promotional assets in line with the hotel's brand identity.

Work on custom designs for seasonal campaigns (e.g., mooncake promotions, holiday events, etc.).

Ensure all projects are completed on time, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Attend one in-person/virtual meeting per week (approx. 1 hour) to present ideas, review progress, and receive feedback.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with our brand guidelines and project objectives.

Communicate regularly to provide status updates and clarify project requirements.

Make revisions promptly based on feedback, ensuring the final artwork is ready before the agreed-upon deadlines.

- Working hours and deadline:

Up to 4 hours per day

Must be available for one scheduled meeting at the hotel (or online) every week (1 hour).

Deadlines are critical. You must adhere to pre-agreed submission dates for each project, typically ranging from 3-5 business days depending on project size.

Flexibility to accommodate occasional last-minute requests or urgent projects.

• Proven experience as a graphic designer
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
• Ability to work independently, with a focus on delivering high-quality, polished designs that reflect our brand.
• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines consistently.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective visual designs.
• Excellent communication and responsiveness, particularly when feedback or revisions are required.
