Intergrade, train and supervise the team
Organize guest arrivals and departures.
Keep the various management charts updated in order to monitor progress of business
Check invoicing and cash operations on a daily basis.
Draw up sales strategies to maximize occupancy, rates and improve rooms results.
Ensure the upkeep of equipment and facilities
Handle any customer complaints and provide swift solution
Be familiar with preferences of regular guests.
Apply brand pricing policy and associated procedures and ensure that they are respected by the team
Ensure to offer the best welcome for guests with a high quality of services to develop Rooms department revenue.
Leads the Front Office team and create a good work atmosphere.
Make sure to respect labor laws in this department.
Work according to priorities.
