• Intergrade, train and supervise the team
• Organize guest arrivals and departures.
• Keep the various management charts updated in order to monitor progress of business
• Check invoicing and cash operations on a daily basis.
• Draw up sales strategies to maximize occupancy, rates and improve rooms results.
• Ensure the upkeep of equipment and facilities
• Handle any customer complaints and provide swift solution
• Be familiar with preferences of regular guests.
• Apply brand pricing policy and associated procedures and ensure that they are respected by the team
• Ensure to offer the best welcome for guests with a high quality of services to develop Rooms department revenue.
• Leads the Front Office team and create a good work atmosphere.
• Make sure to respect labor laws in this department.
• Work according to priorities.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Priorities: foreigner
• At least 03-year experience in same position at 4 Stars hotel or resort   
• Management skills, plans organization, working arrangement
• Individual and group work skills.
