Mô tả công việc

• Processes reservations by mail, telephone or central reservation system referral;
• Processes reservations from the sales office, other departments and travel agents;
• Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout;
• Knows the selling status, rates and benefits of all packages plans;
• Communicates reservation information to the Front Office team;
• Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly replays information to the Front Office team;
• Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing or related field preferred;
• Minimum 6 months experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Team work spirit and leadership skills;
• Good writing and negotiation skills;
• Confident, easy-going and proactive;
• Fluently English in both speaking and writing.
