Customer Service
- Provides the appropriate level of professional, courteous and caring service to other employees (internal customers) and other visitors to the division.
- Ensures all employees provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
- Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a prompt follow up.
- Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

Financial
- Maximises employee productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling to meet the financial goals of the business as well as the expectations of the guests.
- Prepares budget forecasts and marketing plans in conjunction with the Director of Rooms.
- Monitors all costs and recommends/institutes measures to control them in accordance with the annual budget.
- Ensures that the Department's operational budget is in line and that all costs are strictly controlled.
Operational
- Ensures through effective supervision that all services offered in the Spa are always available and carried out with the utmost efficiency and courtesy as per the set standards.
- Maintains a high profile within the Spa by becoming involved with the activities, becoming a model of fitness and health.
- Maintains a good relation with all Spa members, guests and visitors.
- Plans and programmes all Spa activities.
- Maintains a close inspection of the state of repair of the building and equipment.
- Continually educates and updates oneself on the various components of the Spa Operation, Maintenance and Growth, and to recommend to Management any new innovations and/or changes.
- Takes active measures to assist in the promotion and public awareness of the Spa.
- Ensures the smooth integration with all other hotel operating departments, ensuring that all employees have a thorough knowledge of the Spa facilities and services.
- Ensures that the Spa facility and services are Market Leaders in all aspects of provision.

- Have professional education degrees (Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree)
- Have at least 5 year experience
- There is a sense of responsibility, passionate, creative
- Have ability to well management
- Have ability to communicate well in English, especially listening and speaking skills
