Responsibilities:
• He/she is responsible of the relations between the guests and the Lodge Manager and relays information/ requests to the Ecolodge departments.
• He/she is in charge of the quality of all services provided to the guests within the premises.
• He/she provide the warmest welcome to the guests and give information to them.
• He/she makes sure that guests have a good stay and get feedback from them.
• He/she is responsible of the cashier.
• He/she manages the guest satisfaction efforts.
• He/she takes care of some administrative tasks.
• He/she oversees the waste reduction and resources management to respect Topas Ecolodge philosophy.
Main tasks:
• He/she welcome guests in appliance with Topas Ecolodge standards.
• Controls the cleanness of his/her working area
• Controls arrivals / departures and transmit information to concerned departments.
• He/she handle guest requests and complaints.
• He/she handle check out and ensure the satisfaction of guests before departure.
• Maintains the costs of production low while increasing guest satisfaction.
• Assists the Lodge Manager and EAM in some other tasks that may be requested.
• Overseas sales of in Ecolodge outlets: Spa, shop, restaurant…

• 8 hours a day /6 days a week.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience Skills and Knowledge:
• Past experiences in hotel is a plus
• Computer literacy is mandatory
• Show empathy and able to resolve problems.
• Command of the English language both written and verbal is mandatory.
