Mô tả công việc
- Identify corporate sales opportunities to achieve personal and hotel revenue goals.
- Understand overall market: competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knowhow to sell against them.
- Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
- Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
- Develop relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.
- Monitor same day selling procedures to maximize room revenue and control hotel occupancy.
- Uses sales resources and administrative/support staff effectively.
- Conduct site inspections.
- Execute and support hotel’s Customer Service Standards and hotel’s Brand Standards.
- Partner with Event Management and/or Operations in providing a customer experience that exceeds the customer’s expectations.
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
- Serve customers by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate features and services that best meet their needs and exceed their expectations, while building a relationship and loyalty to New World Hotels.
- Perform other daily tasks as directed by direct superior.

- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledgeable regarding principles and processes for providing personalised customers and personal services
- Ability to develop and sustain productive customer relationships; actively seeking information to understand and address customers' needs.
- Be creative and well organized, understand the importance of team work in high pressure situations
- Good computer skills
- 1-2 years of working experience in corporate sales or MICE/Leisure for international 4 and 5-star hotels
