Mô tả công việc

Assist guests with transportation, tours and activities.
Welcome guests and provide resort information.
Coordinate bookings: transfers, excursions, spa services.
Promote and sell resort services and activities.
Handle guest requests and coordinate departments.
Support VIP arrivals, departures and special visits.
Prepare reports and maintain service standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related field.
Minimum 1 year experience in hotel/resort preferred.
Good Spoken English/ Russian/German/ Chinese
Strong customer service and communication skills.
