Mô tả công việc

In charge of room sales via direct bookings, FIT (Free Independent Travelers), GIT (Groups), and support for online travel agencies (OTA).

Handle reservation requests, confirm bookings, and ensure accurate communication with guests.

Provide consultation and quotations to guests and travel partners, negotiate and close sales.

Maintain client records and coordinate with relevant departments to deliver services according to contracts.

Update room status, promotions, and pricing on OTA channels and manage Channel Manager system.

Work closely with Front Office, FB, and other teams to ensure high-quality service for guests.

Represent the resort in customer service before, during, and after the stay.

Submit regular sales and reservation reports as required by the manager.

Other tasks assigned by Department Head.

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
• A sound knowledge of local Sales and marketing exposure

•At least 2 year working experience

•Sales skill is a must

• Self confident and able to work under the pressure
• Capacity of organization
• Previous experience with resort hotel would be an asset
