Mô tả công việc

• Responsible as in charge of F&B Division, for the quality and consistency of the product and service with a key focus in operations;
• In addition the overall revenue and profitability; managing all financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans & actions for Food & Beverage department;
• Take full responsibility for the business performance of the restaurants & bars;
• Supervises and manages the heartists of the hotel;
• Manage all day-to-day operations, mentoring to develop & grow future talent in the hotel;
• Ensure efficient trainings are completed within the division;
• Creating the Food & Beverage promotions as a Leading Culinary Destination in the City;
• Ensure all HACCP & Health & Safety protocols are being followed as approved standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum of 3-year experiences in a similar position in 5 star luxury international hotel brand in Vietnam;
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint with experience in presenting monthly reports, business plans;
• Management and administration skills;
• HACCP Knowledge is a plus;
• Exceptional leadership mindset; ability to coach and mentor others; developing future leaders; guest orientation with eye for details.
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times;
• Candidates who are based in Vietnam only.
