1- Distribution and E Marketing • Set-up of Direct & Indirect channels • Following hotel strategy, need to control all online channels to optimize hotel revenue • Anticipate hotel’s online production proactively and develop opportunity through all channels • Effectively manage the hotel’s content and images through conducting regular website audits • Manage the hotel’s website traffic and revenue generation, promotional content display and SEO • Proactively explore all online opportunities for the hotels including but not limited to; local business opportunities, city/regional tourism organizations • Manage the online promotion for conference and catering and food and beverage activity at the hotel Twitter, You Tube, Flickr etc.) and develop social networks • Monitor various media for positive and negative comments and discussions about the hotel (Trip advisor, Blogs, Forums). Take part in conversations and answer comments as a mediator. Monthly report to appropriate parties negative comments and discussions • Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding our Hotel • Recommend new alternatives or ideas to develop the hotel’s online marketing strategies • Create Direct Distribution action plan throughout the year together with Revenue Manager and manage all preparations and actions and report on result with suggestion at the end of each campaign • Ensure all pictures and descriptions on AH.com, Novel.com, and AdvantagePlus.com are updated. All new pictures to be uploaded on Accor Phototheque (remove all old pictures) 2- Commercial and Sales responsibilities • Able to handle E-Commerce enquiries • Keep him/her well informed about the product (accommodation, meetings and event and other facilities) • Contact potential accounts in view of entering into contacts with them, to find detailed information of the companies 3- Technical responsibilities • Be familiar with the operation and application of the hotel’s computer/data processing system and make sure clients database is updated • To keep all activities as a record such as Incentive Program, Party or sales blitz

Yêu cầu công việc
• Degree in Hotel Management school, or general Business school. • Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes. • A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities, experience in study cases, market research and studies with mathematical background; • Analytical tools - Excel advanced user (most of the formulas; database knowledge, pivot tables); - Revenue Management System (Amadeus RMS or EZ RMS). • Technologies and distribution tools - PMS (Opera or FOLS, Fidelio V7, Hogatex Starlight, Hotix). - CRS (TARS data and resa main screens) and distribution channels. • Communication skills : PowerPoint, Word, Outlook. • Languages: fluent in the national language, and good level in English
