Mô tả công việc

• Quản lý nhân viên trong tổ, đảm bảo đủ quân số, đúng vị trí phân công.

• Phân công vị trí trực, kiểm tra, giám sát, đôn đốc nhân viên trong tổ đội thường xuyên tuần tra canh gác đặc biệt vào ban đêm thật nghiêm túc.

• Phát hiện, xử lý kịp thời những công việc, vụ việc liên quan đến công tác an ninh, bảo vệ, phòng cháy chữa cháy.

• Giám sát việc xuất nhập hàng hóa đúng thủ tục quy trình. Bảo vệ an toan tài sản của khu nghỉ dưỡng, khách, và nhân viên.

• Báo cáo kịp thời với Trợ Lý và Trưởng Bộ Phận phụ trách những khó khăn hoặc những tình huống vụ việc vuợt ngoài tầm giải quyết.
