- Welcome guests on arrival and give a found farewell to guest by using the appropriate standards; - Be efficient in assisting guests throughout their dining- in with any requirements; - Collect guest feedback with his likes and dislikes; - Handle guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner; - Maintain up-to date information on daily occupancy, current promotions, offers and packages; - Attend daily briefings and relevant departmental and interdepartmental meetings; - Ensure the safety, security and loss control policies and procedures are compiled with company standard; - Coordinate with internal team to do multi-tasking job duties.
