Responsible for the hygiene of the hotel / catering / food & beverage / kitchen.

• Co-ordinates with Chef and the F & B Director, the requirements of Food Safety Standards in the day to day operations; • Co-ordinates kitchen, restaurant and Public area inspection to ensure that premises and equipment are clean and in good order; • Co-ordinates all perishable incoming purchases for its quality and compliance to Food Safety and Hygiene Standards; • Co-ordinates Food Safety and Hygiene Training and ensure every Food Handlers has attended this mandotory training; • Co-ordinates Typhoid Vaccination for all Food handlers; • Co-ordinates Training for all stewards to be familiar with Hygiene and cleaning of machines/quipments and handling Dish washing machines; • Plans and co-ordinates all training activities pertaining to Food Safety and Hygiene; • Plans and collects food samples for Banquest and Outside catering functions of more than 100 pax; • Plans and co-ordinates quarterly water analysis to ensure it complies to the bacterialogical standards; • Attends daily operational meeting and any other meting called upon; • Advices the management on any Food Safety initiatives or new developments/knowledge pertaining to Food Safety and Hygiene; • Investigates any Customer complaints pertaining to Alleged Food Borne illness and institute corrective actions to prevent further occurance; • Investigates any Contagious disease that has been notified by the In-house clinic and submit report to the management.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor degree or equivalent education required • Minimum 5 years of experience related to the job • Proficient in Ms. Word & Excel • Able to communicate in English, other Language is also preferable - Chinese, Vietnamese and/or Thai
