• Ensure through effective supervision that all services offered at the Spa are carried out with utmost professionalism, efficiency and courtesy.
• Oversee, supervise and monitor all facets of daily operations
• Participate and assist in the development of Job Description manuals for each division
• Interview, hire, train, supervise and evaluate all supervisors and associate of respective division.
• Ensure all guests and visitors to Spa leave with a pleasant experience.
• Maintain and enhance guest satisfaction through effective relations and inter-personal skills.
• Conduct daily inspection tours of the facility.
• Ensure facility is clean and well maintained at all times.
• Assist subordinates during peak periods and during shortage of manpower.
• Maintain and promote and atmosphere of tranquility and peace in Spa areas at all times.
• Participate and assist in the preparation of Annual Department Budget.
• Ensure that expenses are in line, or below, with Department’s Operational Budget and that costs are strictly controlled.
• Introduce improvements and adjustments to ensure the facility is cost-effective.
• Ensure that respective division’s monthly and other reports and correspondences are completed punctually and accurately.
• Plan and effectively schedule associates roster to maximize manpower resources.
• Ensure Spa and related general supply items are in sufficient stock, and that their consumption is in line with the business demands.
• Respond actively and quickly to changes in the Spa operations as dictated by the industry, company or hotel.
• Undertake any other assignments and duties as may be required from time to time.
• Ensure that gambling, squabbling, smoking, consumption of alcohol, or the uses of dangerous drugs are strictly prohibited in the premises at all times.
• Protect and preserve the Company’s interest at all times.

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least Bachelor degree.
• At least 3 year experience at the same position
• Proficiency in English communication and computer literate
• Good knowledge in spa to train staff
• Good in driving for results and people development
• Create a positive hotel image in every interaction with internal and external customers
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge in order to explain and sell services and facilities to guests
