  • Perform Brand’s Services behaviors in daily operation basic towards the guests 
  • Driving to deliver Luxury Experiences to guests, to achieve Heartbeat target  
  • Responsible for all aspects of hotel operation affecting guest stay 
  • Handle guest complaints and refer them as necessary, follow up on corrective action using the IHG iLead principle way of working
  • Problem Resolution to 100% Guest satisfaction 
  • Implement effective communication of guest feedback with all Front Office staff ensuring quality customer service at all times.
  • Maintain a high profile in the Resort Lobby at all times. 
  • Inspect frequently for cleanliness and orderliness, the lobby, reception and cashier’s desk and, on a random basis, VIP rooms prior to arrival 
  • Greet all guests personally as per the Resort Welcome standard and ensure all aspects of guest stay is enjoyable 
  • Liaise with other departments and necessary outside contracts to ensure excellent service delivery 
  • Oversee maintenance of efficient repeat guest history system 
  • Promote Inter-Hotel sales and in-house facilities 
  • Review arrival lists for all arrivals and VIPs to check room allocations, amenities, and special requests 
  • Oversee requisitions for all front of the house amenities on a timely basis.  
  • Approve upgrades and special amenities in absence of manager 
  • Overall responsible for ensuring and maintaining the entire range of services offered for front of the house areas includes all Guest Services staff, Butlers, Buggy & Bell Services, Concierge and driver team with the aim to maximum guest satisfaction
  • Know system recovery procedures

Required Skills – 

• Communication skills (in both English and Vietnamese) are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the resort, the brand and the Company. 
• Good writing skills 
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office  
• Problem solving and organizational abilities

Qualifications – 
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent 

• Minimum 2 years experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
