- To uphold the Safety & Security of Guests and Associates including Risk Management in the Hotel property. - Supervise the daily activities of the Security Officers and responding to the needs of internal and external guests. - Understands the Safety & Security needs in the premises and able to perform administrative functions. - Ensure that departmental operational needs are meet and a team player that possess good communicational skills. - Strong investigative skills and capable to deliver concise reports. - Responsible individual that can work independent and ability to meet goals and results. - Trained First Aider

Yêu cầu công việc

• Uphold and protect Hotels’ Property and Assets. • Conduct daily briefings for the contracted Security Officer on the Events in the Hotel and any operational requirements in the department. • Practice high standard of Loss Prevention to safeguard the well being of Guests, Associates, Stakeholders and Hotel Assets. • Response to Fire / Panic alarm activation. • Handle Lost & Found properties. • Attend to Guest Room Safe matters. • Conduct regular checks for hazards and auditing of Security Equipment. • Maintain professional confidentially at all times. • Coach, motivate and educate contracted Security Officers to deliver service standards. Fluent in english both spoken and written Strong investigation skills is required
