Mô tả công việc

  1. Provide account management to assigned accounts.
  2. Maintain and develop new business opportunities for the hotel.
  3. Achieve set Revenue Targets and goals for New and Existing Business as agreed and set out in the Sales Activity Plan.
  4. Do researches to identify new potential accounts. 
  5. Identify and generate sales leads for business development from all available channels.
  6. Maintains a high level of exposure for the hotel in major segments through direct sales, telephone, fax and written communications.
  7. To capture a greater market share and increase revenues through local initiatives in conjunction with sales resources.
  8. To participate in team communication through sales team meetings.
  9. To measure existing and potential business in revenue and gross operating profit in accordance with the market segmentation.
  10. Maintain product knowledge at all times including all relevant rate structures and promotional offers.
  11. Attend trade show fairs and represent the hotel at industry related events.
  12. Showcase both hotels and the conference centre to both existing and new clients by planning and implementing FAM trips and site inspections.
  13. Keep up to date with market trends, market conditions, competitor developments and customer performance and communicate this information to the DOSM.
  14. Undertake all networking activity for existing and prospect accounts where requested.
  15. Establish and maintain files of major accounts. 
  16. Deal with guests on prices and services.
  17. To establish and maintain current databases for the Corporate Market Segment – agents / corporate clients direct, both within the UK and abroad.

Yêu cầu công việc

  1. At least 3-year experience in the Sales Executive position and above in hotel environment and luxury city hotel background.
  2. A clear understanding of hotel industry as well as analytical capabilities, experience in market research
  3. Sales acumen and engaging personality
  4. Strong computer skills: Work, Excel, PowerPoint
  5. Language: good level in English both writing and speaking
  6. Excellent written and oral communication skill,
