Mô tả công việc

• Maintain a willingness-to-please attitude and give undivided attention to every approaching guest.

• Be familiar with the layout of the resort and memorize the preferred route for escorting guests.

• Provide guests with information about resort facilities and services.

• Offer guest services and guidance as needed.

• Maintain a well-groomed hairstyle, wear clean and shiny well-polished shoes, and ensure a neat uniform while on duty.

• Ensure the Nam Tram cabin room is clean and orderly before ending each shift.

• Operate communication equipment properly.

• Arrange transportation and coordinate luggage handling.

• Manage the Nam Tram system securely.
