Duties & Responsibility 1. Directs, Controls, Coordinates and Participate in all the Food & Beverage Activities such as - a. preparing the Food and the Beverages b. serving Food and Beverage at the Hotel’s Outlet and in Function within and without the Hotel c. Cleaning and Maintaining the Outlets, Work Areas, Table Manners, Utensils and Other Materials and Equipment used by the Food & Beverage Department 2. Trains staffs according to the establish Procedures, conducts Meetings to discuss Problems and Plans; present New Ideas, correct Mistake and Inadequacies, give Instructions and Special Assignments, etc. 3. Coordinate with Sales Manager / Executive in the preparation of the Marketing Plan, and sees to the implementation of the Approved Plan. 4. Prepares the Food & Beverage Monthly Report detailing and explaining figures of Sales, Cost and Profits, and comparing it with the Forecasts 5. Reviews and Analyse the Monthly Financial Statement Charts Requisitions and Purchase Orders, and other Performance Indicators, and to take the necessary remedial action. 6. Ensures the Purchase of the Most Expensive Food and Beverage Items at the lowest possible Cost by coordinating it with the Accounting and the other Departments 7. Develop, in coordination with the appropriate staffs, Plans and Strategies, for selling Food and Beverages such as the new Menus, Special Offers, and Promotional Activities. 8. See to it that adequate Inventories of the Food, Beverage and Equipment are maintained 9. Recommends decisions in Pricing of the Food, Beverage and Equipment be maintained 10. Promote and maintains good Public Relations with the Hotel’s Clientele. 11. Approves Requisition, Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Market Lists, etc 12. Visits other Hotels, Restaurants and Other Competitors to gauge Quality of Food, Beverage and Service; 13. Visits Markets and Other Sources regularly, to determine the Availability and Quantity of Supplies for possible substitutes, and to inform the Management, the Kitchen, the Cost Control and the Accounts Department, of important findings 14. Performs other duties common to all the Supervisors and other Tasks that may be assigned

Qualification 1. Relevant Qualification and a minimum of 2 years Hotel Experience in similar capacity or 03 years experiences at Outlet Manager 2. Posses Initiative and Creativity in Product Quality, Consistency and Cost Consciousness 3. Able to Organise and Motivate the staffs to Achieve Results 4. Good Interpersonal Communication and Supervisory Skills as well as excellent Skill In Customer Service and Public Relations
