Mô tả công việc

Be responsible for providing complete secretarial support to the Director of Sales & Marketing
Be responsible for confidentially organizing and maintaining the files, documents …
Ensure smooth work flow in the department - Assign and keep track of roster for Sales Department
Prepare for sales trip and organize travel bookings (flight ticket, accommodation, transportation, …)
Prepare respective schedules and reports as assigned by DOSM
Other tasks assigned by DOSM

Experience in hospitality industry is a plus
