Mô tả công việc

1. To ensure all Rate Plans and Rate Categories are accurately created and maintained in line with Starwood Standards. 2. To maintain in-house system configuration so Hotel information is accurate at all times for in-house and IPS (CRS / GDS) use, ensuring problems in booking are minimized. 3. To proactively target forward dates of concern and, in liaison with the Revenue Manger, Events Manager and Director of Sales, develop strategies to preempt any issues. 4. To liaise on a regular basis with the Events Manager regarding future tentative bookings for statusing purposes. 5. To effectively communicate new Rate Plans and Packages to all Reservations staff, and to maintain the Promotions Calendar on a timely basis. 6. To complete regular Business on the Books and Pace Analysis, communicating results and targets on a timely basis to maintain a high level of ownership of these by the team. 7. To actively maintain the Statusing of the in-house system ensuring Maximum Occupancy and Average rate can be achieved in consultation with the Director of Revenue. 8. To assist the Director of Revenue in the monthly forecasting of transient rooms and revenue. 9. To play an active role in the completion of the Marketing Plan. 10. To ensure Training is completed accurately and that appropriate records are maintained. 11. To empower the Reservations team to deal with all departmental and customer enquiries and complaints regarding the Reservations Department. As necessary to respond to Starwood Corporate Services Tracking tickets within the specified time frame. 12. To take an active and more in depth role in familiarization trips, client entertaining and other corporate relationship development activities alongside members of the Sales Team. 13. To establish regular channels of communications by attending: Daily Briefings (Front Office, Events and Sales) Monthly Forecast Meeting Monthly Merchandising Meeting 6 weekly Strategy Meeting Monthly Credit Meeting Weekly Statusing Meeting

1. Very good English skills. 2. Ability to analyze financial statements and market data. 3. Organizational and time management skills. 4. Leadership skills and knowledge of all tasks within area of responsibility. 5. Ability to use Sales & Front Office computer systems. 6. Knowledge in Corporate, Travel Industry, CI & M and Catering accounts. 7. Ability and understanding of the market and competition.
