- Assists the Golf Course Superintendent with day to day administrative activities relating to the operation and management of the Golf Course Maintenance department. - Providing a link to the department’s team members by translating and communicating the job requirements. - Performs a wide range of administrative and secretarial duties.

• Diploma/Degree in English language. • Ability to organize and plan their daily/weekly duties. • Good computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Internet Explorer. • Excellent communication and interpersonal relation skills, being able to work with all levels of management and other departments. • Self-motivated to perform simultaneous tasks without close, continuous supervision
