Mô tả công việc

- To assist Spa Manager in ensuring a smooth operation of the Spa. - To be responsible in directing, coordinating and monitoring the overall Spa as directed by the Spa Manager to meet the service standards of the Hotel - To direct the Spa operation in the absence of the Spa Manager - To assist the Spa Manager in personnel development in training and qualiying staff to consistently maintain and increase GRAND MERCURE DANANG’s service - To assist Spa Manager to plan and implement new ideas and changes to suit guest requests for Spa activities to enhance guest satisfaction. - To be familiar with all Accounting Standards and Procedures pertaining to Spa’s revenue and advise staff concerned to adhere to them in daily operations. - Keep updating with new Standards, Procedures and other information and advise Spa staff accordingly.

- Excellent Leadership and English Skill - Well-organized - Be efficient and able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously - The third spoken language is a plus - At least 2 years experience in the relevant filed - Holding Spa Certificate
