· Greets all guests at the main entrance politely and courteously and guides them towards the reception desk.
· Assists guests with their luggage for both check-ins and check-outs.
· Carries guests luggage to the room upon check-ins and bring it down upon check-outs.
· Controls usage of luggage room.
· Cleans ashtrays and keeps lobby area neat and orderly.
· Complies with standard of grooming and personal hygiene.
· Participate in-group luggage handling distribution and collection.
· Replaces Doormen whenever requested.
· Delivers newspapers, parcels and message promptly.
· Escorts guests attending functions to function area.
· Engages in moving luggage from one room to the other in the case of a room change.
· Updates the Bellboy control sheet accurately.
· Attends guests needs and queries and refers complaints to supervisor.
· Points-out the stationary needs to Bell Captain.
· Complies with seeks duty roster.
· Complies with hotel health, safety and hygiene policy.
· Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
· Well-groomed, neat and tidy at work
· Strictly comply the Hotel regulation and Employee Handbook.
· Implement Department Head’s instruction and assignment.
· Follow communication lines and report lines.
· Maintain Hotel standards of service quality and performance standards.
· Believe in teamwork, cooperate with colleagues.
· Any additional tasks requested by his/ her HOD.
· Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc
· Ability to obtain information and develop the relevant relationship around the hotel. Good knowledge in guest contact skills.
· High school education
· English communication is a must
· Minimum 6-month experience in resort/hotels
