Join us as Spa Manager and be part of The most exciting resort opening. With our strong focus on health and wellbeing concept, Xanh Villas Resorts and Spa inspires guests and all employees to live healthier lives. With your background as a Spa Manager in the international hospitality industry and pre-opening experience, you will be instrumental in the successful opening of Xanh Villas Resort and Spa by:

• Implement systems & training focused on achieving then monthly & yearly revenue and net profit budget.
• Liaise with the sales & marketing director to promote and market the spa property.
• Conduct the training for Beauticians and Therapists as well as Receptionist in any subject, such as SOP, skill, new package, procedures, and product knowledge. At least one training should be carried out once a week.
• Work together with Product Supplier to make Training Schedule on product knowledge, skill and other topic necessary with lecture and practical session.
• Conduct Beauticians and Therapists briefing regarding the operations of the spa, program and promotion, etc and with Reception and other key front line associates.
• Make a regular training for Reception regarding product knowledge or the operation of the spa.
• Check the appointment and booking book from time to time to make sure all clients receive the best service.
• Be active to create new monthly promotion and drives the staff on selling the program.
• Check the stock of all products supply and make the request when necessary.
• Complete the Inventory report by the end of each month and submit it to Cost Control depart.
• Check the cleanliness of the treatment rooms including the relaxation room, the shower in each room, the floor, towels set up, vaporizer, all accessories in the treatment room, make sure no dust left and spotless.
• Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
• To provide high quality service to all costumer when entering Shine Spa and high quality staff to conduct the best service.
• Make sure the standard of performance and procedures are applied at any time.
• Motivate the Beauticians and Therapists to selling every promotion program we have in order to increase the revenue.
• To provide the clean, nice and comfortable environment at Spa area, including treatment rooms, relaxation room and locker room.
• To make sure the operation of reception going well and the counter never leave unattended.

• Minimum Hotel school graduate
• Minimum 2 years of related experience and 5 years of spa industry background in high-end property
• Fully knowledgeable of spa treatments and products including latest trends
• Develop and implement marketing strategies as well as manage client databases
• Coordinate facility schedules to maximize usage and efficiency of treatment rooms
• Monitor operations to ensure compliance with applicable health, safety and hygiene standards
• Perform accounting duties and generating financial statements, such as profit & loss
• Strong leadership skills
• Good command of English, both verbal and written
• Computer literate
• Details oriented
• Well organized
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Sound leadership skills
• Ability to effectively deal with customer queries and complaints
