We are looking for an efficient Human Resources (HR) Executive to undertake a variety of HR human resources and administrative duties. Your role, also, involves performing tasks with a focus to grow our company’s pools of talent, improve our manpower sourcing tactics and conduct of all benefits and compensation within hotel policies and procedures 

Responsibilities: 

Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance

Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting reflecting friendly hospitality and effectiveness and the best first impression. 

Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda.

Properly screening and preparing relevant documents for conducting further interviews

Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback

Ensuring that all filings are organized according to the agreed standard and codes

Coordinating the human resources activities according to the plan and budget

Assisting with the organization of employee meetings and functions.

Performing other duties as directed by human resources manager.
