Objectives
- Deliver consistent, professional front office service to ensure high guest satisfaction.
- Control departmental costs while maximizing room revenue.
- Ensure accuracy in room rates, billing, and guest information.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily Front Office operations and ensure proper staffing levels.
- Supervise service standards, check-in/check-out processes, and staff performance.
- Review logbooks and follow up on pending issues.
- Handle guest relations: courtesy calls, complaints, special requests, VIP arrangements.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experience.
- Monitor room status, discrepancies, and maintenance issues.
- Promote hotel facilities and support upselling opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
