Objectives

• Deliver consistent, professional front office service to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Control departmental costs while maximizing room revenue.
• Ensure accuracy in room rates, billing, and guest information.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Front Office operations and ensure proper staffing levels.
• Supervise service standards, check-in/check-out processes, and staff performance.
• Review logbooks and follow up on pending issues.
• Handle guest relations: courtesy calls, complaints, special requests, VIP arrangements.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experience.
• Monitor room status, discrepancies, and maintenance issues.
• Promote hotel facilities and support upselling opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
