SOCIAL MEDIA

• Social: writing posts and repurpose content across our social channels.

• Create short videos for Tiktok and Social Media Stories (using application on smartphone)

• Overseeing ad campaigns, promotions, and competitions.

• Optimizing contents of Brands’ social media platforms.

• Sales Collateral: help with the creation of a wide variety of online and offline materials to support the

sales team - brochures, presentations, case studies and pitch decks.

• Email: create and send out our monthly newsletter through MailChimp.

• CRM: segment data for campaigns.

• Analysis/ROI; pull together data for the Marketing Manager and track the marketing spend.

• Supporting organizing and overseeing advertising/communication campaigns (social media, promotions,

events, etc.)

• Understanding and support design to create ideas for visual materials such as poster designs, and flyers

to promote the company's image.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining all visual materials following the company’s brand guideline

• Brief and assisting graphic designer with menu layout, updating and printing menus for brands.

• Supporting photo-shooting of each brand.

• Supporting manager to follow up marketing campaigns (partnership, budget, paperwork, etc.,)

• Supporting sales in generating new ideas for restaurant events & promotions.

• Follow the SOPS, manuals, template related to service (customer's orders, frequently asked questions,

issues, etc.)

• Other tasks by Marketing Manager

Yêu cầu công việc

• Fluent in Vietnamese, good speaking and writing English skills. (Excellent written communication skills.)

• Have experience in F&B Marketing at least 3 years.

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details

• Knowledge of social media analytics and best practices.

• Ability to use your initiative and reasoning skills.

• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

• A degree in Marketing, International Business, Hospitality or a related field
