Mô tả công việc

- Responsible for checking keys, registration cards, state of rooms, special request for check-ins
- Responsible to ensure that special requests of check in’s are followed up
- Responsible for checking in /out guests efficiently and effectively.
- Participate and be involved in all front desk activities in the day to day operation.
- Responsible for keeping personal / float in order
- Responsible for checking credit of all guests in house
- Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in the correct uniform
- In addition, other duties may be required as directed by your Manager.
